Rajasthan Heritage Tour Package for 17 Days and 16 Nights

Activity Description

Day 1: Arrival in Delhi and Departure for Jaipur

Upon departure from Delhi International Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to the domestic airport for your flight to Jaipur. At the Jaipur Airport departure hall, a taxi will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. You can refresh yourself at the hotel and then explore the old town for some shopping. In the afternoon, you will be taken to the Chokhi Dhani Resort, where you will experience rural life with folklore performances and, finally, be served traditional Rajasthani food.

Day 2: From Jaipur to Mandwa (by car)

The next day, after breakfast, you will be transferred to Mandwa, a 3- to 4-hour drive from Jaipur. Along the way, you will also visit Shekhawati, a partially deserted region in Rajasthan. Upon arrival in Mandwa, you will visit several havelis such as Murmuria Haveli, Mahan Lal Saraf Haveli, Binshidhar Nawetia Haveli, and Goenka Haveli. Overnight stay at a hotel in Mandwa.

Day 3: From Mandwa to Jaisalmer (by car)

The next day, after a delicious breakfast, you will enjoy a six-hour drive to Jaisalmer. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to visit the Deshnok Temple and the Gajner Wildlife Sanctuary. We will drop you off at your hotel in Jaisalmer for the night.

Day 4: Jaisalmer - Day 1

On the first day of your visit to Jaisalmer, you will visit the Jain temple, Patwon Ki Haveli, and Gadi Sagar Lake. Overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 5: Jaisalmer - Day 2

Jaisalmer is the land of the desert, which is why it is also known as the Golden City of Rajasthan. The second day of the tour will include a visit to Nathmal Ji Ki Haveli, the Sam Sand Dunes, a camel ride through the Sand Dunes, and Salim Singh Ki Haveli. You will also enjoy shopping at the local market, where you can purchase souvenirs such as handicrafts, embroidery, and antiques. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 6: From Jaisalmer to Jodhpur (by car)

The drive from Jaisalmer to Jodhpur is a 5- to 6-hour drive. Upon arrival in Jodhpur, you will visit Jaswant Thada, Mehran Garh Fort, and Ummaid Bhawan Palace. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7: Jodhpur to Mount Abu (by car)

After breakfast, you will enjoy the drive to Mount Abu, which takes approximately 5 to 6 hours from Jodhpur. We will transfer you to your hotel. Overnight stay at Mount Abu.

Day 8: Mount Abu. Day 1

Mount Abu is a hill station in Rajasthan. After brunch, we will pick you up from your hotel to visit Delwara Temple, Guru Shikhar, Nakki Jheel, and Sunset Point. You will spend the night at Mount Abu.

Day 9: Mount Abu to Kumbhalgarh (by car)

At dawn, you will depart for Kumbhalgarh, a 5 to 6-hour drive. En route, you will visit Ranakpur Temple and arrive in Kumbhalgarh at dusk.

Day 10: Visit Kumbhalgarh and transfer to Udaipur

Kumbhalgarh is famous for its fort. After visiting Kumbhalgarh, you will depart for Udaipur, a drive of approximately two hours.

Day 11: Udaipur, Day 1

Udaipur is known as the Venice of the East for its numerous lakes and mountains. Udaipur's main attractions include the City Palace, Lake Pichhola, the Jagdish Temple, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and more. You can also shop for antiques and paintings in Udaipur's local market. After the visit, you will spend the night in Udaipur.

Day 12: From Udaipur to Bundi (by car)

Bundi is approximately a 6-hour drive from Udaipur. On the way, you will visit Chittorgarh Fort. In Bundi, you will visit Taragarh Fort and spend the night at your hotel.

Day 13: Bundi Trip to Ranthambore

After breakfast, you will visit several attractions in Bundi, including Bundi Palace, Such Mahal, and Chitrashala. After lunch, you will be transferred to Ranthambore.

Day 14: Ranthambore

Upon arrival in Ranthambore, you will be taken to Ranthambore Fort and Ranthambore National Park, famous for its tiger reserve. You will then travel to Jaipur and spend the night there.

Day 15: Jaipur - Day 1

After breakfast, a taxi will pick you up from your hotel and take you on a tour of Jaipur. Jaipur, also known as the Pink City, boasts a rich heritage of Rajasthan. Some of the historical sites you can visit in Jaipur include Amber Fort, Nahrgarh-Jaigarh Fort, Jal Mahal, and City Palace. An elephant ride is one of the main attractions at Amber Fort. In the afternoon, you will be taken to Chokhi Dhani, an exotic resort showcasing rural life in Rajasthan. Here you will enjoy the rich traditional cuisine of Rajasthan.

Day 16: Jaipur - Agra (By Car)

After breakfast, you will depart for Agra. En route, you will visit the Ghana Bird Sanctuary and Fatehpur Sikri. In Agra, you will be taken to see the mesmerizing view of the Taj Mahal. You will spend the night in Agra.

Day 17: From Agra to Delhi (by car)

After breakfast, you will depart for Delhi, a 5- to 6-hour drive from Agra. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will visit the Qutub Minar, the Red Fort, and Humayun's Tomb. After your visit, you will be transferred to the international airport. Your Rajasthan heritage tour concludes here.
